Hope Community Hub is a project at New Life Church. Our aim is to support individuals, young people, single parents and families in our local community in a safe and welcoming environment, to grow and face the daily challenges of difficult situations. We aim to support all, including the most vulnerable within our communities, through 1-2-1 support and signposting, to provide help and support that makes a difference to their lives and give them opportunities to reach their potential.
